We offer Pre-Treatment Tank of condition the surface enabling desired adherence of paint on product. These are designed with latest technology and high grade raw material to offer optimum efficiency to our clients.

Following are the features of our product:

• The tanks are made by high intensity structural steel
• They are embedded with PPH board
• The structural steel is very high intensity and the PPH board is very thick. So the pretreatment tanks are suitable for hot dip galvanizing
• Structural steel doesn’t connect with acid directly. So it is acid resistant. At the same time, it is very easy to make maintenance
• In case there is any leakage. We can pump solution from the tank and to do welding inside the tank
• The tank length is a little longer than request. Because we will install one hot water heat exchanger in one end of the tank
• Considering the length of the tanks. We will assemble the tanks in your workshop site. PPH board will be welded inside the structural steel frame
